What should I buy my bass as a second?
I played bass for 4 / 5 months and reached a low level, I'm not good enough Funk my school band. My birthday is in 2 months and I am thinking of buying my bass second (preferably 5-string) should be versatile while playing funk want to play all types. I narrowed my list down to a SR305 Ibanez, Schecter Stiletto Custom 5 and a Warwick Fortress 5-String Rockbass my current under 4k Tanglewood is a rebel, so I am considering also a Microphone 5 Cort Curbow I still new low, and if so, under what I add my listing
If you want the channel five and his band of funk then I suggest looking at a Fender Jazz 5 string with active pickups, the Jazz are versatile enough to also be used for many other styles are not only of playing with pickup and EQ controls, also see a Musicman Stingray 5 string, usually are active and give a good beating. Out of the list if I went with the Warwick, that are much lower. Hope this helps
