How should I use the Leontief input / output model?
I have the input-output matrix, and have the production matrix. I think demand should be 0, and wondered how I would calculate the necessary inputs? Is it the same as the output? I feel I should use something like this: AP = P where P is the matrix of production (or output) and A is the matrix of input and output or array of technology. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!
