Can you wear a colored hair net in english?

Ok I got my first one yesterday at the show I was at. Its just has a black bow because I knew im going to look for a different one and wanted the cheapest one ( It was just for yesterday, now its my backup one). I’m on ebay right now and there’s colored ones, would that be acceptable? Should I just go with the usual black with rhinestones? Thanks

well I think judges, whether your doing dressage, hunters, or jumpers, or equ. they like to see traditional plain colored hair nets. For example if you have black hair just get a regular BLACK hair net. if you have blonde hair get a light colored “blonde” hair net. Wearing colored, big hairnets can really and I mean REALLY distract from your performance. For example you go to a show and compete in jumpers, you have 2 minutes in the ring. Would it be a good thing if for those whole 2 minutes the judges were looking at your hairnet??? Then they won’t judge you on your course, because they were too busy looking at the hairnet. I’m not saying colored hairnets are bad, but they can work against your performance and placing.
